Something new is taking shape.
We are beyond excited to share a first glimpse of M-Cult’s renewing visual identity and upcoming website.
In 2025, M-Cult is evolving. While staying rooted to our mission of supporting media art and culture, we are embracing a new strategic direction where connections are strengthened and the boundaries of media culture and society continue to expand, sparking new ideas. Our new visual identity reflects this journey. It embodies our commitment to sustainable production models, participatory processes and critical engagement with technologies. It also embraces the often intertwined relationships between technologies, communities and the artists working among them.
Designed by graphic designer Amy Gelera, the visual language draws from the materiality of technology — the way cables intertwine, form knots, hold things together. “The visual identity plays with that idea, balancing the communal and the technological while creating a softer space to reflect on where technology stands today and where we should go” tells Gelera.
This is just the beginning. A new website is on its way, launching later this spring.
