Stadi.tv kickoff event

Helsinki's new open channel Stadi.tv had its first public event today.

The media-rich presentations of the kick-off event introduced the Stadi.tv concept, and its combination of web, cable and mobile delivery. m-cult presented some fresh results from community media workshops and multicultural programme piloting - as pilots for the new channel made by and for the citizens of Helsinki.

The new channel opens on November 19, 2010 and its development will culminate in the World Design Capital year 2012.
