Panorama presented on YLE channels

The discussion on immigrant policies tightens in Finland, in anticipation to the elections of 2011. But still the voices of immigrants themselves are not heard in the public, and the lack of media for and by the immigrants is clear.

Looking for new voices, the national broadcaster YLE has found the multi-lingual Panorama news programme produced for our M2HZ channel. The A-talk show with party leaders (April 8) had an insert with Panorama director Carlos Marroquin. Yesterday both YLE radio and the main news at TV1 had a report on Panorama, with Carlos and the new Russian anchor Ekaterina Shvetsova interviewed.
